Welp, we got ya covered! We’re selling our fleet of rental bikes from all the shops! Each bike will be serviced by our expert team to ensure top-notch performance and reliability prior to selling. Frequently Asked Questions
How do I purchase a bike?
You’ll be able to purchase any bike right off of our website at NOON 12:00pm on October 11th for pickup in store. You will also be able to purchase bikes at any of our brick and mortar locations during normal business hours listed.
What if the bike I want is at a different location?
We will take 20% deposits in store on any bike that is located at a different shop. From there we will start a transfer to the shop you’d like to pick the bike up at. Expect a few business days for transit.
Will you ship any of these used bikes?
Short answer, no. If you really want one of the options listed and are interested in us shipping to you, please email jpierson@berkshirebikeandboard.com and we will try and find a solution for you. Do not buy the bike if you’re expecting us to ship it without reaching out first.
Will the bike be in good condition?
Yes! The bikes will receive full tune ups prior to being sold. That said, they are used bikes and will show some signs of prior use.
Do I qualify for 1 Year Free Tune Ups with a purchase of one of these rental bikes?
No, we reserve that policy for new bikes only.
