Growing with E-Bikes

As E-bikes become more and more integrated in our cycling community BBB is ensuring we take the appropriate steps to offer the support and service you need to keep your E-bike running smoothly. We have partnered with many of the major manufacturers through online and in person certificate training to make sure we keep up with the ever evolving scope of E-Bike service. Our team is well equipped to offer any service needed from preventative maintenance to complex electrical issues.

Partnered Brands

We are able to offer full support for most of the leading E-Bike and E-Bike electrical systems in the industry. This includes Specialized/ Brose, Shimano, Giant/Liv, Yamaha, Bosch, Rad Power Bikes, and any bike that is purchased new from BBB. This list is ever evolving as it is a top priority for us to expand our range of brands. If you have a bike from a major manufacturer not listed above check in with our service writers to see if we can accommodate your needs.

Non Partnered Brands

Although we are unfortunately not able to offer electrical support outside of the brands listed above we are happy to service the mechanical components of these bikes. This includes things such as flat tire repair, chain replacement, brake/ shift adjustments and tune ups.

Non Serviceable Electric Transportation

As much as we wish we could assist with everyone’s service needs we unfortunately are not able to. BBB does not offer support for bicycles with aftermarket electronic conversion kits, one wheels, hoverboards, electric scooters and many other similar items.
