About the Brand
Velotric has been a rising star in the electric bike game for the past few seasons. At Berkshire Bike and Board we knew we needed to bring them in as a brand when customers started demanding we sell them. Over the last few years we have seen many electric bike brands come and go but we’ve only seen Velotric get stronger and stronger. After selling our first few Velotric bicycles and understanding how dedicated they were to after sale support, we knew it was going to be a great partnership moving forward.
Why a demo?
As the world continues to pivot to a digital buying experience we truly believe now more than ever it is paramount to offer riders the option to experience a bicycle before buying. Demo’s are our answer to that. Come by the shop just to say hello or better yet take a few bikes for a cruise. Talk with our sales team, ask Velotric your questions in person, and leave more informed as a consumer. We love demo’s and hope you join us!
FAQs
Do we need to sign a waiver ahead of time?
No, all waivers will be filled out in person at the demo. You will need an ID or driver's license and your car keys while you go out for your test ride.
Where are the test rides going to take place?
All test rides will take place on a predetermined route starting and leaving from the parking lots of the respective bike shops.
Do we need to reserve bikes ahead of time?
No, we will have plenty of bikes available to ride. You may need to wait a bit for your turn but things should move pretty quickly.
What should we wear?
Wear clothes that you're comfortable riding a bike in.
Do we need to bring a helmet?
You do not need to bring your own helmet although it is recommended. We will have demo helmets available and everyone that takes a test ride will be required to wear a helmet.
Are we committed to buying a bike from you if we take a test ride?
Of course not! Our mission is to get people on bikes in any way possible. This is a FREE demo to help you make an informed decision before buying an electric bike.
Will the demo bikes be for sale?
At this time the demo bikes will not be for sale.
If I pre register, will I have to attend?
Of course not, pre registering just helps us gauge demand and better prepare to serve all our local riders.
