We offer free shipping on most full-priced bikes and a $109 fee for bikes on sale. Shipping charges may vary based on the bike and shipping destination. Yes, purchasing a bike online from a reputable retailer like Berkshire Bike and Board is safe. We employ secure 3rd party payment gateways to ensure that your personal data is protected. Most items we install for free if bought at time of purchase as the bike. A few items like fenders, rear mounted racks, or tubeless tire setups we charge 50% of our standard labor rates if purchased at time of sale. Please refer to our labor rates chart here for reference of what things will cost. - Can I return a bike on clearance?
Yes you can return a bike bought on sale. Please note that our standard return fee of $150 will be deducted from your refund. - Do you offer any installment plans or financing options?

Typically, bikes are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Depending on your location, transit times can vary. - Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the lower US 48 states. - Do bikes on sale count for free shipping?
No, bikes on sale have a shipping fee of $109. - Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your bike is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to you. A signature is required for all bike deliveries. - Do you offer in-store pick up?
We sure do. You’ll need to bring in a valid ID and the card you used for purchase; they will be verified upon pickup.

- Do the bikes come with a user manual or assembly instructions?
Yes, every bike ships with a detailed user manual. Upon purchase, you will also receive a video link to the unboxing and basic build process. - Are tools required for assembly? Are they included?
Basic shop tools are required for the assembly of your bicycle. You will need at least a set of allen keys, a wrench to install pedals, and a pump to get tires properly up to pressure. - Is the bike tuned and ready to ride once assembled?
Affirmative! We build and tune all bikes before disassembling and packing into the box for you. You should be good to go once basic assembly is complete.
Maintenance
- Do you offer warranties on the bikes?
