In general, yes, you can pick up your bike the day of purchase. Sometimes we need to install special accessories on your bicycle which can require additional time.

Yes, two years on all electrical systems and five years on structural components.
If I buy online do I still need to pay Ready to Ride fees?
Yes, Ready to Ride fees are still applicable for online orders. We will charge this to you upon pickup of your Velotric bike. Remember that Ready to Ride covers your build fee, shipping costs, one year tune ups, and battery cycling fee and is an amazing value compared to buying the bicycle anywhere else online.
I found the bike online for a cheaper price, will you match it?
