We wanted to create the ultimate stormproof head-to-toe outfit that could keep serious riders on the road regardless of the weather. Building on our standard GT Winter ASSOSOIRES, the Ultraz Winter Booties offer additional textile layers to boost insulation and protection in these most extreme environments. ThermoShell is the primary textile used, applied in two overlapping layers. This 3-layer softshell features a PU-bonded membrane plus a perforated circular knit face—increasing breathability without sacrificing thermal protection. There's also a DWR treatment on the outer layer for one extra level of protection.
