Don't stop the flow just because you're at a technical section—you've got Giant's Contact SL Switch Seatpost. This remote dropper post gives you up to 100mm of vertical adjustment with infinite positioning: drop your saddle for that rocky, rooty section, then raise it back up with a flick of the handlebar-mounted remote for the climb. The air spring and oil-bath cartridge return your saddle to its normal height smoothly and quickly, with no twisting or sloppiness. And, the remote is small, so it doesn't take up precious handlebar real estate.

The Staff at A J's solved my problem

About Me Intermediate

Comments:

The Staff At Aj's solved my problem with this dropper post. I thought I needed taller handle bars to go down hills faster without feeling like I would go over the bars, But that would kill my climbing ability. The Staff told me I needed to drop my seat to lower my Center of gravity. I took their advice and what a difference this post made. I seem to drop it only a few inches most times and that's all It takes to fly down steep drops and rail turns at much higher speeds. I can move the bike around under me much faster and farther side to side. This SL model is my first dropper post and It operates flawlessly with just the right amount of pop up speed. It also drops with ease using very little effort but enough to know your pushing it down, again IMO perfection. I tried stopping and manually dropping my old post once, only once, It Killed my flow not being able to adjust on the fly. The thing to remember is how you use it, don't think about when you should drop your seat. Instead think about when you should raise your seat :P GET ONE Trust me !
