End of July Newsletter

Round 2!

See we stuck to it, we’ve at least got two weeks done! We had great feedback from the first newsletter. The main themes of this week are group rides and authenticity. Group rides are going out almost every day. We all love the loner cyclist, embarking on a journey with just a small water bottle and a big sense of ambition but, riding with people is truly the best part of cycling.

If you are at least the tiniest bit curious about what riding with a group looks like, please come to one of our group rides.

The fear of sliding out - Gravelking
For years I called it the Panasonic Gravel King. Its nobby edges grip the dirt better than Jaryn’s grip on reality. Panaracer Gravel King is a tire that stands out.

I personally have been running these tires for quite some time now and I am really happy with how they ride. I don’t think I have seen another tire that I can run a 700/42 and still feel fast. The absolute best part about it is that it fits on your Como and Vado.

If Rene Herse tires are a production from a foregin cinematic mastermind Panaracer are Forrest Gump! Tried and true and just the right amount of fun.

Too much fun, don’t ever ride an e-bike

This past weekend we had an E-Bike demo over at Norbrook Brewery in North Western Connecticut. The E-Bike giggle was in full effect! There are few things as fun as riding an E-Bike for the first time. The idea of an E-bike to many folks can seem intimidating.

Many of us started riding because of the mechanical simplicity of a bike and the freedom it provides. The E-bike is a wonderful complement to any quiver. A lot of people who would have never considered riding one before got the chance to at the demo with great success.

Be on the lookout for more  E-Bike Demos in the next couple weeks.
